From day one of meeting Polly, I felt at ease, I didn’t feel embarrassed when Polly measured me with all of my fleshy bits wobbling around! Polly gave me all sorts of information to get me started, text messages daily and I decided to have two sessions a week. All in all 10/10.

I feel much fitter and healthier, my blood pressure was high at the start and it is now spot on. It is amazing what 12 weeks with Polly and some determination of your own can do to help you reach your goals.- Caroline

"...Then suddenly by week 8 something changed, I was running further than I'd ever ran (and enjoying it), I was noticing changes in my body like I felt more toned, more energized and would actually look forward to my workouts! "I knew I needed a push in the right direction, Polly was brilliant at that. She knew how to push me a little further without me dreading our appointments. 

I'm proud of my progress, I went way beyond what I thought my capabilities were. I didn't think I could be strong enough to swing a 12kg kettlebell around, and I didn't think I would ever go out for a 3mile run for fun! "What I found most helpful- daily texts, loads of support and Polly always being happy to answer any questions I had - didn't feel silly asking ... Nothing I didn't like except myself when I missed a day or had a bad eating few days ... But Polly is always there at the end of the phone for advice and pick me ups so you don't feel like you've failed. "I was looking for an experienced trainer in the area who could help me continue my health program while I was on holiday for 3 weeks.  Polly fit the bill perfectly.  She was so professional in our email exchanges and put together a 3 week program for me that was perfect.  She works you hard but makes adjustments as needed... ''I am extremely happy with the plan and service I received with Polly. The plan was so easy to fit into my busy lifestyle and showed me just how simple and beneficial it was to squeeze in a work out- Even if it was only 30minutes.

 ''I contacted Polly, having been given her number by a friend, because I was at a low ebb because of family difficulties, and feeling depressed and “past it”; old age seemed to be creeping up, and self esteem was creeping down!

Really happy with my plan. I didn't go back with lots of questions to Polly but always knew she was there if I needed something answering.

The daily messages are great- again, I didn't always reply but it's a great little motivation for the day! I was in the gym one day with so little motivation, and one popped up on my phone and it gave me such a push.

She listened to me, took into account my bizarre gym issues (not doing certain exercises in certain places in front of certain people regardless of the fact I have the ability to do them), and being able to ring/text inbetween sessions was so useful. I'm Very happy with my progress, and I no longer smoke! What an amazing side effect of exercise! Plus I LOVE my muscles. Muscles not weight loss definitely became my priority, and I'm looking forward to starting up again come September.
