Which areas of Plymouth do you cover for In Person Training?

What if I live outside of those areas but still want to train with you?
No panic, this could still work.
If you live close to the above areas and still *really* want to train, shoot me a message and I'm sure we can figure something out.
If you live freakin' miles away, I also do online personal training which also gets incredible results and uses all the same features as In Person.

What if I'm super busy/live between Plymouth and elsewhere and can't commit to a weekly session?
Weekly sessions are most ideal as it provides routine to help set great habits which are sustainable. However, if this is impossible then I would recommend getting online personal training and having face to face sessions on an ad hoc basis when you can, just like Emma did.

How much do the programs cost?

Why is everything 12 Weeks, even if I pay as I go?
You are more than welcome to do shorter courses, but from experience I've found that 12 weeks is long enough to really set in place some long term habits and make a real difference, both physically and mentally.

I don't have any gym kit, is that going to be ok?
That's absolutely fine. No fancy equipment, memberships or potions necessary.
If you do want to invest in some items over the weeks we work together, I will happily give you some recommendations once I get to know you.

I have a medical condition but still want help to feel fit and fabulous- Can you help?
It depends on what exactly. I've seen plenty of patients with different health concerns before and they've found their symptoms improve dramatically during their course. Each client with a medical concern is taken on a case by case basis, and will need doctors approval before we start.

I've never trained before and I'm super nervous. Will I be ok to start? Will you shout at me if I mess up?
I pinky promise never to shout at you, it's really not my style. If things go awry one week, we will stop, look at what happened, make a plan to tackle it, and move on. No biggie.
The requirements to train with me are pretty low- Shoot me a message and have a strong desire to transform these areas of your life (fitness, food and mindset). Simple. Where you're starting from really doesn't matter to me, there's no judgement here.

I see a limited number of ladies per week so that I can practice what I preach and find time for myself to re-balance and re-energise. In the end this makes for a better service because it means far more focus and attention on those who I end up seeing. No one enjoys burn-out and no one benefits from a trainer who is only half present.
I want the people who I work with to feel super aligned with the Hell Yeah Healthy ethos and for us to be a great fit for each other so sessions can be the *most* fun and effective as possible!
