On finishing her 12 Week Plan, Sophie took part in the Pretty Muddy Race For Life, Exeter. A pretty perfect way to end her first lot of sessions!
Sophie is now stronger, much fitter and more healthy than when she began and has decided to keep it up for the long term!

"Before I found Polly (after reading a book about a fat girl getting a personal trainer and changing her life), I was lazy and not eating the correct food.
I used to be fit, but work life and food took over and three years later I was 3 stone heavier than what I wanted to be. I wanted to be fitter and healthier but I just did not know where to begin as I have no self motivation.
After having the consultation, I soon realised that my goals were in reach.
My plan and service were more than what I could have expected. It was fitted around me and my lifestyle, Polly was always there for me and understood that life is not always perfect. Sometimes my work got in the way of our sessions, but Polly was happy to juggle the session around for me where possible.
I enjoyed the satisfaction at the end of a workout, knowing I had completed it to my best and with Polly there every step of the way encouraging me and believing in me. Polly knew I could do it and she wouldn't let me be lazy running up the hills. She pushed me beyond what I believed I could do.
I had a weeks holiday and a few days sick near the beginning of the 12 weeks which pushed me back, but I am now on the home stretch of reaching my goal weight. I just got on with the exercise and healthy eating and have watched my body slowing transforming.
I am happy with my progress, I am now heading in the right direction with my whole lifestyle, I feel refreshed and have more energy than I started with and I look forward to booking another 12 weeks. I am also now getting my partner interested in exercising as well."
