Sarah's goals were to lose fat, tone up, get fit and to feel great in her body. 

She:
- lost just over a stone
- shed 20cm from her arms, waist, hips and thighs
- got her blood pressure down
- went from running one minute, walking one minute to being able to run MUCH longer and also take on some KILLER hills!
- improved her muscular strength meaning she can now lift heavier and do more reps when it comes to squats, pushups etc.
- followed the plan and thus her fitness is better than ever before!

Funnily enough looking back I enjoyed our runs the most because even when she made me run up West Looe Hill and I thought I was going to die, I'm so grateful that she pushed and pushed me as it's made me much more determined than ever...

Motivational texts helped so much... Missing them now that I have finished my 12 weeks!
 
Prices are good, fair and reasonable. She understands people's lifestyles and will work around that to suit the client.

I have already mentioned Polly to a few friends who are now doing their 12 weeks. So hell Yeah I would and I still am recommending her.

Now I'm in the gym 5 times a week and running with my boyfriend... The healthy lifestyle is going strong."
