On completing her 12 Week Classic Plan, these are Sarah's stats:
Weight loss: 5.7kg / 12.6lbs
Blood pressure: Dropped
Resting heart rate: Dropped
Waist: Lost 8.5cm
Hips: Lost 8.5cm
Bum: Lost 11.5cm!
Overall strength improved massively as did CV fitness. Sarah now has more energy, a more toned, fitter & lighter bod and a great routine set to continue working out and eating well.
Overall how happy are you with your plan and service?
EXTREMELY happy. I would not have achieved what I have without Polly's enthusiasm, guidance and support. Polly makes fitness fun!
What did you enjoy most? What did you not enjoy?
Having it all planned out removed my excuses for not exercising, (no time, don't know where to start, or what to do.) Also, Polly's energy and positivity is incredibly motivating. Varied routines and gradual progression, and obviously the results!!
Nothing I didn't enjoy really. (On second thoughts, side mountain climbers!!). Plus sometimes I did not particularly enjoy doing the homework, but I got it done!

Accountability- Made me do homework and keep at it even when I didn't feel like it.
Text messages- Found these great. Interesting daily prod to keep on track. Different times also kept me on my toes!

Yes - The whole package is well worth the cost.
How could your Fitness Polly package have been improved? (please be honest)
If nit picking, personally I found it difficult when I had a two week gap between sessions as got off track, although this may also have been due to other things going on at the time. But really struggled to think of anything to put here and that really is being very picky!

Shocked, delighted, amazed, and thrilled is a bit closer to it! Definitely yes, used to be out of breath going up a flight of stairs now I run up them!
