"Like most girls I have body hang ups.... I was conscious of my legs which I wanted to tone up, and I was also really conscious of the fact I was so unfit! I seriously lacked motivation and needed that extra push.
My first 2-3 weeks with Polly were great, I was motivated I was energized and full of positivity....but I will be honest there were a few weeks in the middle where I got tired. I was struggling more with the workouts as they were getting tougher, and I felt like I wasn't getting any better. But I stuck at it (mainly because Polly was good at motivating me and I'd always feel more positive after our weekly sessions).
Then suddenly by week 8 something changed, I was running further than I'd ever ran (and enjoying it), I was noticing changes in my body like I felt more toned, more energized and would actually look forward to my workouts! Seeing results is the best motivation but I never would have got to this point without Polly's help!
The one-on-one weekly sessions with Polly were great as we'd do something different every week and I really enjoyed the outdoor sessions. The personal workouts she set for me were perfect. Working full time means I would struggle to fit exercise in, so Polly gave me 30 minute workouts 3 times a week which really gave me no excuse! They were tough.....but what's 30 minutes of a day?! And again they were always different and tailored for me so I never got bored!
When I signed up 3 months ago I wanted to get fit, be healthier, and tone up. Polly has definitely helped me achieve this and it was worth every penny! I am 100% going to keep it up now I've got to this point. This feeling was worth all the hard work!"
