When Miah started her 12 week course she knew she wanted to get back to feeling fit and healthy again but wanted a helping hand.
She shed fat, lost centimetres, gained muscle, gained strength and most importantly re-gained an enjoyment of exercise! Success!

"I was a pretty active person anyway as I ride horses, however I found that lack of strength in my core made my riding dodgy. I couldn't walk up hills or run further than 100m because I got puffed out and sure I can lift a 20kg bag up my path, but there was no way I could do that for very long.
I knew I needed a push in the right direction, Polly was brilliant at that. She knew how to push me a little further without me dreading our appointments.
I'm proud of my progress, I went way beyond what I thought my capabilities were. I didn't think I could be strong enough to swing a 12kg kettlebell around, and I didn't think I would ever go out for a 3mile run for fun!
Since working with Polly I become a much better rider to the point even my instructor has noticed!"
