At the beginning of her course, Jodie felt bloated 24/7, suffered with low confidence and used the words 'fat, horrible, disgusting' to describe how she felt about herself... Not cool. Fast forward a few months of sessions and she's just completed her 1st obstacle 5k, has entered the 5k Glow Run, Plymouth 10k and has also set her sights on the Looe 10 Miler Hilly and Hellish PLUS a half marathon! The Review"Training with Polly is the best thing I have ever decided to do. I feel 100% better in myself, I am fitter, able to play and interact with my son more, go out and enjoy family walks, I feel like a better mother, am more confident in myself and I no longer try and avoid full length mirrors. This is due to Polly's constant energy and motivation, she made me believe in myself and pushed me every session but I secretly loved that because at the end I always felt proud of myself. Numerous times I have tried to diet and exercise but never really stick anything out, or I just cheat and make excuses but that didn't happen with Polly. If I ever struggled I always knew she was there to text or call, the daily texts kept me on my path and re-focused me if I was craving sugar. The race I entered was brilliant and I love running now- I love seeing the improvements, it makes me really want to challenge and push myself. Ben (boyfriend) says all the time that 6+ months ago he would never had thought I'd be begging him to look after Dylan (son) while I go for another run on the weekends!
