Emma chose to do her course online, with face to face sessions as top-ups throughout her plan. Here's what she had to say when her 12 weeks was finished...

“Overall, I was extremely happy with the plan and service! Polly was so helpful and I knew I could rely on her for an honest and helpful answer even when some of my questions were daft! I never imagined how helpful she would be when I started this 12 weeks ago - the plan was so detailed and very useful.
I enjoyed the occasional one-on-one sessions a lot, seeing how far I could push myself and how encouraging she was really made a difference! With the support from Polly I was able to do more than what I thought I could.

I also found the information provided really helpful to show detailed explanations of exercises with assisting pictures to guide me. It was super helpful that Polly was just a text or a message away when I had questions.

I can’t think of any way that the package could have been improved... honestly! I have already recommended Polly to 3 friends and I’m pretty sure I will be coming back for another package - you really get what you pay for and then some! Great value for money.

For the first time in a long while I can say I’m happy with the progress that I have made regarding my weight, which is really something for me to say. I am definitely going to keep up what I am doing.”
