I needed to do something for myself that fitted in with work, my daughter and being able to exercise in my own home, so that I didn't need a babysitter. Polly has been able to give me a plan that works personally for me. She listened to my goals and what I wanted to gain from this and has helped me along the way. I think her knowledge about keeping fit/ eating well etc. is fab. I have been able to ask lots of questions and there hasn't been one thing she hasn't been able to answer.
She's been the motivation I needed to push myself to get the results I want and I have been amazed at myself and what I can achieve given the right guidance! I'm over the moon with my progress and really proud. Its shown me you get out what you put in. I really want to keep this up for a healthier future.
I would highly recommend Polly and already have, to anyone who is thinking about getting fitter, losing weight, or doing something for themselves.
Everyone needs a bit of Polly in their life!! If doctors gave depressed patients 12 weeks training with her instead of a packet of anti depressants the world would be full of happy healthy people and the NHS would save some pennies!
