My half an hour of exercise is my time to do something just for me. I have a busy life with my own business and a child who I bring up on my own, so having a bit of me time is important. Chores always came first but now my exercise does and my chores after! I feel so motivated after a workout and I love the great feeling in your head afterwards - the feeling of a healthy mind!
I wasn't overweight or looking to lose weight but I have in a really positive way. My body has completely changed and I love my new image.
