Christine's fitness levels also sky-rocketed and she can now tackle the Cornish hills like they're nothing!
Overall how happy are you with your plan and service?
Very happy with the support given – When I was feeling like it was doom and gloom, Polly was there to give me a supportive talking to and realign my determination to succeed.
The weekly structure worked well with an hour together, daily “egg on’s” and the Member's Group was great for sharing ideas on food, exercise, events and a monthly newsletter.
It was great to see Polly “walking the talk” with her fitness week as well – So you know what is recommended is truly tried and tested by Polly herself.
What did you enjoy most? What did you not enjoy?
I enjoyed seeing and feeling the results as the weeks went by. You can compare last week to this week each time and see how far you have come. The help with the food diaries and the positive feedback when deserved.
Not enjoy – feeling everything was hard work – but that was my starting point and that is way behind me now!
What did you find particularly helpful? Was anything not helpful?
Helpful – All the moves being listed, described and a picture/video. The format changing every 2 weeks, so you can vary what you do. Being able to do my own thing alongside Polly’s structure – DVD’s/walking lots!
Do you think the prices are fair?
I wouldn’t know what the going rate is, so am unable to comment. But basically, for an hour of someone’s time, plus the daily food for thought texts, running the Group page, newsletters, checking of food diary etc, I think the weekly rate is very fair. And I know Polly is always at the end of the phone should you need that support too.
Would you recommend to a friend?
I have already told a few people who have commented on how I have lost weight etc – so definitely.
