Caroline felt rubbish, did not like what she saw in the mirror and felt uncomfortable in her clothes. Not Cool. She decided that she had to do something about it, not only for her physical health, but for her mental health as well.
During her plan she focused on balanced healthy eating which meant she still had chocolate and still enjoyed a few wines. She STILL lost weight steadily, she STILL got more muscle and STILL burnt more fat (ie she toned up) and she STILL managed to improve her running by miles.

Overall how happy are you with your 12 Week Accelerator Plan and service?
From day one of meeting Polly, I felt at ease, I didn’t feel embarrassed when Polly measured me with all of my fleshy bits wobbling around! Polly gave me all sorts of information to get me started, text messages daily and I decided to have two sessions a week. All in all 10/10.
What did you enjoy most? What did you not enjoy?
I am happily pleased, I tried everything that Polly threw my way, I did enjoy our time working out on the beach and running around the country side..smelling the spring air and listening to the birds singing…
Polly introduced me to Kettle Bells, thoroughly enjoyed our work outs...gave me a sense of determination.
What Did I not enjoy??? – The hills, but Polly quietly pushed me and I feel from not doing any running previously, I tackled them well by jogging part way up and then by striding out until I could go again.
What (if anything stands out) did you find particularly helpful? Was anything not helpful?
Having two sessions per week with Polly is so beneficial, it keeps you on the right path for your final goal after 12 weeks. The food diary was amazing, this helped me so much especially on my alcohol intake!!!

I am very happy with my progress after 12 weeks, it has made me ensure that I will carry on working out with Polly as she is worth every penny.

I do now enjoy going for a run and I am finding it a LOT easier.

Week one I felt a bit frumpy, size 12 was quickly becoming size 14, I was 11st 2lbs…things were going in the wrong direction…so action was taken before those pounds started increasing more.
I am now 10st 5lb, still have 5lb to go to reach my goal but my body shape has changed so much, I can wear my clothes without feeling bulky and uncomfortable.
I feel much fitter and healthier, my blood pressure was high at the start and it is now spot on. It is amazing what 12 weeks with Polly and some determination of your own can do to help you reach your goals.
