"I live between Cornwall and London so when I started with Polly I was dubious about how effective my programme would be due to not having PT sessions on a regular basis but just sticking to the plan she'd written out. However, I've been overwhelmed with the results!
The plan Polly created really suited my needs and what I wanted to achieve, plus it didn't feel like insane workouts at the time but with the results it achieved it really could've been!
The exercise instructions were a life-saver as it meant I knew exactly what to do and how.
She very clearly knows what she's doing and was able to answer all the questions I posed with knowledge and understanding. Polly somehow managed to motivate me despite being in a different part of the country and checked in regularly to see how I was getting on.
I'm incredibly happy with my progress. I started with Polly because I wanted to tone up and get strong. I feel so so much stronger than before, especially in my arms and core. Exercise is a lot less daunting and really not as hard to do as I used to think.
