On finishing her 12 Week Accelerator Plan, Alice filled out a review. Here is what she wrote:

Overall, how happy are you with your plan and the services offered?

I'm so happy, in fact I couldn't be happier! I got more out of my plan than I ever imagined.
What did you enjoy the most? And the worst?!

I enjoyed doing something different each week, visiting new places, and exploring new and exciting ways to get fit. I least enjoyed the move 'the breakdancer'!

What, if anything, did you find particularly helpful?

I think the handbooks are a great idea, as there is everything in there I needed. I also found the daily motivational texts really helpful, and although I didn't reply, they helped to keep me on track each day. Also it was brilliant knowing I could contact Polly directly if I needed anything.

Are you happy with your progress?

Life changing experience! Thankyou Polly, you really have changed my outlook on things, and I have literally gone from fat to fit. I couldn't be happier with my progress and it's all down to you!

Sum up your experience please:

Polly has changed my life. At the start of my 12 week course I couldn't run for three minutes, I'm now on my 8th week and can run over three miles. My strength has improved, my body has toned and I don't just look better, I feel happier and healthier. Thankyou Polly !
